We love giving back
No piece of clothing can be made without having a negative impact on ecosystems. Not even our organic cotton line. But we actively give back something to mother nature. And we do that for every product sold. Not some greenwashing kind of donation at the end of the fiscal year like other companies do. A good chunk of our revenue, after costs and taxes have been deducted, gets donated.
Hence, a big part of the whole intention behind Airnimals & The Smelliance was to offer safe spaces for animals and plants and support Mother Nature in general, we are going to spend parts of the income to NGOs that we believe in, are trustworthy, and make a real impact on the lives of animals and plants.

PRESENT
Currently we are going to support "Wilderness International" for every T-shirt sold with a fixed sum to help protect 10 ft² or 1 m² of rainforest in Peru (Amazonas) and Canada (Pacific temperate rainforest).
We will make payments on a regular basis to the foundation(s) mentioned here and we are going to upload proofs and certificates of the areas that have been protected by our community & customers.
Future Planning
As requested by the community, we are working on implementing a system that lets customers and community members decide which foundation (NGO) or project will get a piece of the cake from their initial order. We are also checking which NGOs will be added to the list of trustworthy organisations that make an impact on planet health and the lives of our beloved animal friends around the world.
We try our best to avoid greenwashing and NGOs that use most of their money to keep running their ad campaigns. We think the money each of us spends should have a positive impact.

Ways to improve
We are happy with the success our new brand had. But there is much to improve. We want to further reduce our ecological footprint. To achieve this we are in negotiations with garment producers and printing companies.
For our community we want to up the quality of products by doing the transfers ourselves in our own facility. This way we can guarantee an even higher quality standard and keep more of the profits in-house. Which should result in being able to donate more money on a per-item basis as we already do.
We are planning on doubling the spending per product.
Bonus for our community
We are planning on realising projects together with you and our community ❤️. This is why, on top of our current spending for donations to NGOs, we reserve some of the money earned to fund the future of the Airnimals Foundation Trust.
